Walking Within brings together Wu Dengyi’s recent ink painting works.
Using ink as its core language, his practice unfolds between representation and abstraction.
Through his distinctive Wu-style texture strokes, the layering of mist,
and the subtle diffusion of light and color,
the images reveal shifts in time and rhythm across the painted surface.

This exhibition introduces AR as a mode of viewing,
reopening images that were once static on paper through the mobile screen.
As the images unfold,
the moods and narratives embedded within the brushwork
gradually come into view.

The viewer no longer remains fixed before the painting,
but discovers details through the act of looking itself—
moving from a momentary appreciation
toward a viewing experience that continues to unfold.
