“High Peaks, Flew with Song” unfolds a spiritual landscape that invites the viewer to wander, gaze, and enter. In the foreground,  jagged rocks are carved with Wu Deng Yi’s distinctive dry-ink texturing, revealing the earth’s veins, while ancient trees radiate a vigorous life force. At the mid-distance, a waterfall pours from a cliff, its strokes scattering like shards of jade, as if the sound of water echoes through the painting.
The entire artwork reads like a silent, endless song—mountains as melody, mist as rhythm, and the waterfall as its clearest note. Through the interplay of light and shade, solid and void, the artist creates a space where the spirit may walk. The highest song needs no sound—its resonance already lingers between mountain light and flowing water.
