Descripition：

It is not possible to see the top of the mountain even though we are in it. In the picture, most of the elements are mountains except for some tiny houses. The formation of the mountain peaks is obviously different from that of traditional landscape paintings. This landscape is presented with the perspective of mountain’s foot. We may not see the peaks but the far-off mountains. The main color of this picture is orange, but a little bit of blue is used as well. Instead of using the white to present the snow-capped mountains, the artist uses the contrasting colors of blue and orange to emphasize the warmth and coldness in different mountain levels. This is a special way of presenting Shanshui in artists’ minds.
